Wow now this is a new feeling! I like it. I didn't know until someone told me I may have ADHD. Question? Now about 5 minutes after tapping I got a headache so that different and could this be what may happen sometimes? Also with some tapping videos it seems like the energy is working for hours if not the next day - can this happen? Thank you Julia so much for all your help that really means something especially coming from a trained professional.

I listen to this video every day. Sometimes 2 or 3 times. Because I have so many projects for my career and home that I must do!!! And it really helps. Part of my procrastination is from being burned out and mentally and emotionally exhausted. Do you have any videos about being burned out? Probably your video on being exhausted and tired would help. Moving, my husband's health, my health, the pandemic, and world events have caused me to burn out from all the stress.

Wow, I was feeling so overwhelmed and stuck in my stressful overthinking state in my head, I just did this tapping and I feel completely different in my energy and feel calm and regulated…. Also I was yawning a lot throughout, is this a good thing that stuck stagnant energy is being moved? Thank you ❤❤❤

Thank you for this. It never occurred to me that bad habit of going to bed late because of staying up and watching tv might have to do with FOMO. I think it dates back to when I was a child and everybody got to stay up except me, because I was the youngest.
